Dianthus gratianopolitanus 'Bath's Pink'

[Photo: Dianthus gratianopolitanus 'Bath's Pink'.] Dianthus gratianopolitanus, known in English as "cheddar pink" and in French as œillet bleuâtre or œillet de Grenoble, is a perennial native to Eurasia. The flowers smell of cloves.

This plant is evergreen; I took a photo of it back in March.

  1. The neighbour who owned this plant moved away and said we could have it! I split it into about ten clumps. Yay!
